Foundry Ridge hosts public information meetings in Darien

Invenergy’s Foundry Ridge Energy Center hosted two public information sessions at the Darien Senior Center to share information on the proposed project, how it will meet the need for energy security for Wisconsin residents, and benefits to the community. The project will create good-paying, permanent jobs and bring nearly $940,000 in additional local revenue each year to Walworth County and the Town of Darien through the Wisconsin Shared Utility Aid fund.

The Foundry Ridge team also held two office hours sessions in May to engage the community regarding the proposed project.
